RunningMy feet strike the dry earth as I run across the field of never-ending desert. I don't know where I'm running to; I only know where I'm running from.   
Rain washes over my head, cleans the filth from my body, and I begin to wonder why I've been running all this time. I consider my options: I can head back and apologize for my disgraceful behavior, or I can keep running and hope I'll find what I've been searching for all along. Just thinking of the first option makes my flush with embarrassment. The second fills me with feelings of both excitement and doubt.

90 DEGREES?! You've GOT to be kidding me!

  • Reading: A book called Shelter
  • Watching: Steven Spielberg movies
  • Playing: Lego Star Wars (it's fun!)
  • Eating: Air
  • Drinking: Air
This is crazy. It's supposed to get up to 90 degrees tomorrow. I'm going to DIE if I have to play kickball out there.

Speaking of kickball... I signed up for it last month and I LIKE IT!!! We have girl vs. boy games, which makes it twice as fun, considering we once beat the boys 14 to 8. Woohoo!

School ends next Friday. I'm looking forward to it. I know I'll see my friends over the summer, so I won't miss them TOO much. Don't have any big plans for the summer. We never go on vacation. Every now and then we'll travel to *** (can't give names) which is a couple hundred miles away, but that's pretty much it.
